Sports Excellence partnered with undoLogic to develop a custom SaaS Dealer Hub designed to support their extensive network of independent dealers, suppliers, and clients across Canada and the USA. The platform was built to centralize operations, resources, and communication within a single scalable system. SEC required a modern digital environment capable of supporting collaboration between multiple business entities while simplifying access to critical operational tools and marketing assets. The solution also needed to accommodate ongoing growth and evolving workflows across a geographically distributed dealer network.
Previous attempts using off-the-shelf platforms were unable to support SEC’s highly specialized workflows, complex dealer structure, and large volume of business assets. The company required a flexible online solution capable of managing dealer resources, B2B ordering, marketing materials, supplier coordination, and internal communication while remaining accessible across desktop and mobile devices. Existing systems lacked the customization required to align with SEC’s internal business processes and created operational inefficiencies across departments and partner locations. In addition, the organization needed a scalable platform that could continuously evolve alongside their expanding operational requirements and dealer ecosystem.
undoLogic developed a fully responsive Dealer Hub platform tailored to SEC’s operational processes and internal workflows. The SaaS platform includes advanced asset filtering, dealer account ordering tools, downloadable marketing resources, internal discussion forums, and a video management system for promotional content distribution. The system also integrates with a broader operational platform previously developed by undoLogic, including supplier accounting management and POS analytics reporting tools. Designed for both desktop and mobile use, the platform allows dealers and staff to securely access resources, communicate, and manage operations from virtually any location. Custom back-office management tools also enable SEC’s internal teams to efficiently maintain and organize large volumes of business content and assets.
The new Dealer Hub provided SEC with a centralized and scalable platform capable of supporting their growing dealer network and operational complexity. Dealers and partners gained streamlined access to business resources and ordering tools, while internal staff benefited from simplified content management and improved operational visibility. The platform now serves as a critical part of SEC’s digital infrastructure across North America. By consolidating multiple operational functions into a single connected environment, SEC improved collaboration, reduced administrative overhead, and strengthened consistency across its dealer ecosystem. The scalable architecture also positions the company for continued expansion and future system enhancements as business needs evolve.
