JOI-RIDE initially required a straightforward online presence, but as the company grew, its digital requirements quickly became more complex. Product information needed to be presented professionally across a growing selection of vehicles and color options, while staff required a simple way to maintain website content without working directly with HTML or underlying application code. The company also needed secure handling of website inquiries, a centralized location where authorized sales representatives could access marketing assets, toll-free telephone services, and a more efficient method of creating invoices for a business operating with multiple currencies. Adding separate third-party platforms for each requirement would have introduced additional accounts, integrations, administration, and ongoing complexity. JOI-RIDE instead needed an infrastructure that could expand with the business while keeping its digital systems connected and manageable.

undoLogic developed JOI-RIDE’s digital platform around UpdateCase, providing a managed website environment where content can be updated without HTML knowledge while undoLogic manages the more complex technical components of the application. Managed submission forms securely transfer inquiries away from the public-facing website into undoLogic’s hosted software service, where submissions can be managed and JOI-RIDE staff notified without retaining sensitive submission data directly on the website.

As JOI-RIDE’s requirements expanded, UpdateCase was extended beyond the public website to include secure areas where authorized sales staff can log in and access company marketing resources and downloadable assets. JOI-RIDE’s existing product photography and marketing materials were also expanded by undoLogic’s designer using digital and AI-assisted image enhancement, allowing vehicles to be realistically presented across their available color variations without requiring an entirely new photography set for every configuration.

The underlying development approach is supported by SetupCase, undoLogic’s open-source development platform created through years of custom software projects. SetupCase provides a reusable foundation from which undoLogic can rapidly build and extend client-specific applications while also offering turnkey services around that foundation, including managed hosting and toll-free telephone services. JOI-RIDE was therefore able to add a professional toll-free number and hosting infrastructure within the same broader technology ecosystem.

For back-office operations, JOI-RIDE also uses undoLogic’s ProjectBrowser SaaS platform to simplify invoicing and billing. The system provides an efficient workflow for preparing invoices and supporting multiple currencies, giving the company a streamlined alternative to more complex accounting-oriented platforms for this portion of its billing process.
