The Team Apparel Configurator was developed to modernize and simplify Duguay’s seasonal apparel quoting and order process. The platform provides customers with a guided online experience where they can browse available products, customize apparel or accessory selections, apply logos with visual placement options, select printing methods, choose sizes and quantities, and submit complete quotes through a single streamlined workflow.

Designed to improve both customer experience and internal efficiency, the solution transforms a traditionally manual process into a structured digital system that delivers greater accuracy, consistency, and scalability while reinforcing a professional brand experience.

Duguay’s seasonal ordering process relied heavily on email communication, spreadsheets, and manual coordination between customers and staff. Collecting product selections, logo requirements, sizing information, quantities, and decoration preferences often required multiple rounds of communication, increasing administrative workload and the potential for errors or incomplete submissions.

As order volumes grew, the manual process became increasingly time-consuming, making it difficult to maintain efficiency while providing customers with a clear and organized ordering experience.

undoLogic developed a custom Team Apparel Configurator tailored to Duguay’s workflow. Staff can easily define available products, customization options, decoration methods, logos, and product attributes for each ordering season. Customers are then guided through an intuitive step-by-step process that ensures all required information is collected before submission.

The system includes visual logo placement previews, product customization tools, size and quantity selection, and automated order summary generation. Once completed, detailed order documentation is automatically created for internal review, pricing, and fulfillment, eliminating much of the manual administrative effort previously required.

The new platform significantly reduced the time spent managing seasonal apparel orders while improving data accuracy and order completeness. By replacing fragmented email-based communication with a centralized ordering system, Duguay gained a more efficient workflow that minimizes errors, streamlines internal review processes, and accelerates order preparation.
