undoLogic developed a customized implementation of Project Browser for Seriously Addictive Maths Canada, an educational organization operating across multiple Canadian cities. The platform was tailored to support the company’s internal quoting, invoicing, student management, and operational workflows through a simplified, centralized software environment designed specifically for non-accounting staff.
The client required a fast and flexible quoting and invoicing solution that could adapt to frequent operational changes without relying on traditional accounting-oriented software. Staff needed the ability to quickly generate and adjust quotes while maintaining organized financial records. In addition, the organization required a more efficient way to manage long-term student information, including academic grade progression as students advanced through future school years.
undoLogic customized the Project Browser platform to provide an intuitive quoting and invoicing workflow that allows staff to create, modify, and track customer billing activities without requiring bookkeeping or accounting expertise.
To support student administration, we also developed a custom grade progression tracking system that automatically updates and displays each student’s current school grade as future academic years progress. This provides staff with a clearer long-term view of student placement and simplifies ongoing administration as students continue through the program.
In preparation for future financial workflow expansion, the platform was also structured to support bank statement importing and reconciliation processes, positioning the client to further streamline accounting operations as their organization grows.
The customized platform reduced administrative complexity by simplifying daily operational tasks and centralizing key workflows into a single system. Staff can now process quotes and invoices more efficiently while maintaining organized records for accountants and external bookkeeping processes.
The custom student grade tracking functionality also improved long-term visibility into student progression, reducing manual follow-up and helping staff more easily manage student records across multiple academic years.
With the platform now structured for future accounting workflow enhancements such as bank reconciliation imports, the client is positioned to continue scaling operations using the same centralized software foundation.
