Analysis: Galleria needed a user-friendly software solution to update their Montreal real estate listings and send updates to their brokers. The updates to the listings often needed to be completed quickly by staff throughout the day, making it impractical to rely on the traditional web development process that requires a developer to make changes.
Implementation: undoLogic developed a custom website using our UpdateCase software, allowing staff to easily change text and replace images without requiring any HTML or complex processes. New listings can be created by simply duplicating existing ones and updating the text.
Our software seamlessly integrates the updated text into the custom business website, ensuring it looks professional and is immediately live.
The UpdateCase solution also includes a simple BCC email system that allows staff to send notifications to a large number of recipients by several batches. The email opens in the default email client for easy sending.
Now, Galleria staff can quickly create new listings with the click of a button, update existing listings by simply changing text in the UpdateCase software, and efficiently send updates to their users with a few clicks, using their existing email system.
